The VELUX Group appoints Anders Götzsche as new CFO

The VELUX Group has appointed Anders Götzsche as its new CFO. Götzsche has a strong track record within renowned companies and is currently the Executive Vice President and CFO of the global pharmaceutical company Lundbeck A/S. In addition, he holds board membership positions in several Danish and international companies

I am very pleased that Anders will be joining the VELUX Group. With Anders, VELUX gains a CFO with extensive experience from another Danish-based global company, which has gone through a remarkable transformation. Anders brings with him a strategic mindset as well as solid experience within mergers and acquisitions and strategy implementation. Anders Götzsche will join the VELUX Group by 1 June 2022. As Group CFO, Götzsche will be part of the VELUX Group management team.
