EU Commission rejection of Fakro complaints published

The European Commission disclosed their formal decision to reject Fakro’s complaints against The VELUX Group for unfair competition on Wednesday 11 July.

The case was raised in 2012 by Fakro. The formal decision has now been published, stating that the European Commission has come to the conclusion “that there are insufficient grounds for conducting a further investigation into the alleged infringement(s) and consequently rejects the complaint pursuant to Article 7(2) of Regulation No. 773/2004" (page 34 in EU Commission Rejection Decision).

The legal decision can be read here at the EU Commission’s Competition website.
